Terms & Conditions (Summary)

• By using sellastic.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our policies.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.

• Product images are for representation purposes only. Minor colour or design variations may occur.

• SELLASTIC wellness devices are intended for personal home wellness use only and are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment.

• SELLASTIC reserves the right to modify pricing, offers, product availability, and policies without prior notice.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

• We encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any concerns before initiating legal proceedings.

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

• To request a cancellation, email support@sellastic.in or contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible.

• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

• COD orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for cancellation. The product may be returned after delivery if it meets our Return Policy.

All SELLASTIC wellness devices are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of [X Months / 1 Year] from the date of purchase.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

• Electrical or mechanical failures occurring under normal usage conditions.

• Heating element malfunction during the warranty period.

• Physical damage including drops, cracks, dents, or liquid damage.

• Damage caused by misuse, overuse, negligence, or use contrary to the product instructions.

• Normal wear and tear including cables, Velcro, fabric, and battery degradation.

• Damage caused by using non-standard voltage, adapters, or power supplies.
