Terms & Conditions (Summary)

•       By using sellastic.in, you agree to these terms and our policies

•       You must be 18 years or older to place an order

•       Product images are for representation only — minor colour/design variations may occur

•       SELLASTIC devices are for personal home wellness use only, not for medical diagnosis or treatment

•       SELLASTIC reserves the right to modify pricing, offers, product availability, and policies without prior notice

•       Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India

•       For any dispute, we encourage resolution through our support team before legal action

Cancellation Policy

•       Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

•       To cancel, email [support@sellastic.in] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number

•       Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery

•       Refund for cancelled orders: 3-5 business days to original payment method

•       COD orders cancelled after dispatch: No refund applicable (product may be returned post-delivery).

 

 

Warranty Policy

All SELLASTIC wellness devices come with a [X months / 1 year] manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

•       Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

•       Electrical or mechanical failure under normal use

•       Heating element malfunction within warranty period

What's Not Covered

•       Physical damage (drops, cracks, liquid damage)

•       Damage from misuse, overuse, or use against product instructions

•       Normal wear and tear (cables, velcro, fabric, battery degradation)

•       Damage caused by use with non-standard voltage or power supply
