Refund policy

Return Eligibility

       Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

       Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals

       Defective / damaged products eligible for return regardless of usage status

       Products purchased during sale / clearance are non-returnable unless defective

Non-Returnable Situations

       Products that have been used and show signs of wear

       Products with damaged, tampered, or missing serial numbers / warranty seals

       Returns requested after 7 days of delivery (except warranty claims)

       Gift cards and digital purchases

How to Return

Email [returns@sellastic.in] with: (1) Order number, (2) Product name, (3) Reason for return, (4) Photos or short video of the product. Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange reverse pickup within 48 hours at zero cost to you.

Refund Timeline

       Refund initiated: Within 24-48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned product

       Credit to original payment method (card/UPI/wallet): 5-7 business days

       For COD orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for defective or wrong products are processed at no extra cost. Size or preference-based exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims (after the 7-day return window) are handled separately under our Warranty Policy. Email [warranty@sellastic.in] with your order number, issue description, and supporting media.
