Delivery Coverage

SELLASTIC ships pan-India to all pincodes serviceable by our logistics partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, or equivalent). International shipping is not yet available.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

•       Free shipping on all orders above ₹499

•       Flat ₹49 fee on orders below ₹499

•       Expedited / express delivery available at checkout for select pincodes (additional charge applies)

Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Track your shipment directly or from the 'My Orders' section on sellastic.in.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept — we will contact you to reship. Reshipping charges may apply. Refunds for RTO cases are issued after deducting original shipping costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives physically damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
