How do I place an order?
Visit sellastic.in, browse our range, add to cart, enter your address and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation on email and WhatsApp within minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI (on select cards) and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. We use 100% secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or modify within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@sellastic.in or via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, changes are not possible.
I paid but didn’t get an order confirmation. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us with your payment reference number or UPI transaction ID and we’ll locate and confirm your order immediately.
Can I use a coupon code with other ongoing offers?
Coupon codes cannot be clubbed with other offers unless the offer specifically states so. Only one discount can be applied per order.
